Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Dutt IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or service cancellations may be granted.
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:
- If the service was not delivered as per the agreed specifications within the stipulated timeline.
- If there is a technical failure or issue on our part that prevents service delivery.
- For defective services that cannot be rectified to meet quality standards.
Non-Refundable Services:
The following are non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered.
- Services cancelled after work has commenced (refund will be provided for the unutilized portion only).
- Deposits or partial payments made for ongoing projects.
- Services completed as per the client's specifications.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a written request to our customer support team at support@duttit.com within 30 days of payment.
- Provide details regarding the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 7-10 business days.
- Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation of Services:
Service cancellations must be requested in writing to our support team. The following terms apply:
- Cancellations made before work initiation: Full refund of payment.
- Cancellations after work initiation: Refund for unutilized portion will be calculated based on work completed.
- Project-based services: Cancellation fee of 25% of the total contract value will be deducted from the refund.
Payment Methods & Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. For credit card payments, the refund may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account. For direct bank transfers, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
Service Credits:
In cases where a full refund is not applicable, Dutt IT Solutions may offer service credits that can be applied toward future services. The validity of service credits is 12 months from the date of issue.
Dispute Resolution:
If you have concerns regarding your refund request or believe our decision was incorrect, you may escalate the issue to our management team. Please send a detailed correspondence to management@duttit.com, and we will review your case within 15 business days.
Consultancy Service Policy:
For Consultancy Services, the following specific terms apply:
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of service purchase or commencement.
- Refund Amount: Only 80% of the service amount will be refunded if cancelled within the 12-hour window. The remaining 20% is retained as a service fee.
- Non-Refundable: After the 12-hour cancellation window expires, no refunds will be provided for Consultancy Services, as the service is deemed to have been rendered.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds for cancelled Consultancy Services will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
Changes to Policy:
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective from the date of posting. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
This policy is effective from January 2024 and supersedes all previous refund policies.
